A way I have found to deal with a Dunkin Donuts impression I've been left with after having an experience where they did not let me make my drink my way, despite having their slogan that clearly states "Have It YOUR Way".I am not complaining, NOR am I denying the reality of the situation. I am finding ways to transmute a bad impression into one I can laugh about/ make positive for myself, while not denying the reality of that impression and the truth behind the impression. To not complain means to not express discontentment, but that does not mean you ignore the reality of the situation or the feelings that you have. It simply means, you find a way to release it in a more positive aspect, while still staying in touch with your truth.#TransmuterSoul #TheSilverLining #AComplaintFreeWorld #NoComplaints #Acceptance- - - - - - -Always remember,If something hurts, something hurts. If something sucks, something sucks. Rather than complaining about it, you highlight the positive aspects that come from having that experience, and you allow yourself to release the emotions that come with it. #Hope #HopeForHumanity #HealingHumanityFromWithin You can follow my content in various ways;Subscribe to my YouTube Channel @ashlyguerrierFacebook @ashlyguerrierInstagram @ashlyguerrierTikTok @ashlyguerrierLinkedIn @ Ashly Guerrier Don't forget to like my videos after watching them. ☺️I share a lot of the same content across all platforms so people have a diverse way of finding me and my videos. #BeFree #Freedom #FreedomOfExpression#AshlyGuerrier #TheAwakenedDivineFeminine #Empath #SpiritualWarrior #BecomeWhoYouWantToBe #SelfGrowth #SelfDetermination #Manifestation #MyVulnerability #UnconditionalLove #IAmUnconditionalSelfLove In Action! 🔥🎬

I turned 44 yesterday and, with that milestone, was lucky to be surrounded by people who sent kind messages and lovely cards. A fair few even asked what I'd like for a gift, and it made me realize something. I love gifts. I really do. I like getting them, and I LOVE giving them ... but I think I'm over them. I am incredibly fortunate that there's not much I need and can't go get for myself. And while there's plenty that I want, I'll eventually get some of that too. What do I really want as a gift? Simpler things. I want time together. I want video calls to listen to your new baby laugh. I want shared stories over coffee, vent sessions over beers, and knowledge swaps over snacks. What I value now are personal connections, real ones. And I know I'm not alone in this. I guarantee that in an increasingly complex world, our audiences feel the same pull away from "stuff" and toward feeling like a part of something. If we're doing our jobs as marketers, we'll remember that and help keep them feeling connected instead of just trying to sell them one more thing.#marketingleadership #marketingstrategy #connections #onceuponamarketer

I truly hope that all the folks advocating AGAINST criticism of Super Bowl ads, and FOR kindness toward the creative teams behind it also carry that forward in their day-to-day lives in every possible situation, even when they don't like something. This is not an anti-kindness message. It's a message to remind folks in our industry that we don't just get to center kindness *only* when we're the ones in the line of fire. These are fairly cush jobs in comparison to lots of work that people have every day, and it would be wildly unfair to demand kindness over critique from others, as well as a deep understanding of work that goes into the finished product, and not hold ourselves to the same exact standard when interacting with:➡Marketing materials outside our medium we don't like (or genuinely hate)➡Standing in line at the DMV➡Sitting on hold with customer service when our internet is down➡Receiving cold food at a restaurant that is backed up ➡Waiting for a bartender to take our drink order➡Dealing with construction on the road home➡Waiting for a response from a hiring manager we interviewed with➡Being blocked on a task at work with our boss or client as a bottleneck➡A flight stuck on the tarmac delayed for takeoff➡Myriad endless other human-to-human or human-to-technology interactions that happen every single dayThe other requirement: You don't get to choose kindness ONLY when you have what you feel is a complete picture of the situation - it has to be at ALL times. Because if what you're saying is, "You don't know how hard people work and how much work goes into a Super Bowl spot" (and I DO know, I've worked on these campaigns), then what you should also be telling yourself is, "I don't know how hard this person in front of me is working and I don't know what I'm not seeing."Look, I'm all for kindness. But I'm also all for honesty. So before we lecture others, let's self-reflect and remember that criticism is human nature - fix the issue in ourselves before we demand it in return from the rest of humanity.#advertising #superbowl #superbowlcommercials #marketing #creative

Why random acts of kindness for friends, colleagues or love ones is fun. 🤩 So first of all, what I’m about to say is relative to you. I am fortunate, I can afford to buy my friends, colleagues and love ones something once in a while. And if I couldn’t, I’d make or take an action that still had the same result.But. You don’t need too, it’s not in your contract at work. It’s not WHY your friends are friends with you. And I hope, it’s not why you are in a relationship. (Awks 😬)Those random acts of kindness matter, and the endorphins you are creating as a result are super important. So, if that’s how you make people feel at key moments. Could you do the same for your customers?…So, #marketers here’s an idea: “Food for thought” Could you reward your customers through random acts of kindness (food) when they give you their feedback through surveys / data (thoughts). I’ll leave that with you. And Krispy Kreme.🤔 🍩 #BusinessGrowth#innovation #Marketing

If your feed is drier than a Lidl oat cracker try these 3 things 👇You need to be proactive and make it a space worth spending time.▶️ Unfollow - seriously use those three little dots in the right hand corner of a post and Unfollow any person or topic you don't want to see.You can always make a note to visit specific people who will no longer be appearing in your feed so you keep in contact, but be aware that you can edit who and what you see in your feed.So unfollow the moaners and the pointless.▶️ Search - use the search bar to find conversations you do want to be part of. Just use keywords to find recent posts and get stuck in. You might even find more interesting people to follow and connect with.RememberLinkedIncan be fun too, it doesn't have to all be business.I love searching forthe LEGO GroupandThe Walt Disney Companyrelated news and posts.▶️ Re-engage - Go through your network and comment on those profiles you haven't seen in your feed in a while.LinkedIn is informed of what you want to see by your activity, so be conscious of where you spend your time and who and what you comment on.So even if you comment on a post you hate...you're going to see more of it.#linkedin #disney #lego #takecontrol

7 random things I've been thinking about this week, if you're into that sorta thing (217 words):1.) I love the way running makes me feel but not enough to do it more than once a week.2.) How long has the “It’s giving me _______” saying been a thing? As in, when did we decide to drop the word 'vibes' from the sentence? Is this a new TikTok thing? Because it makes me want to vomit. “It’s giving me Taylor circa 2007” has a vastly different tone than “It’s giving me Taylor circa 2007 vibes.”3.) My criteria for a good ‘random things’ post: did I lose a follower within one hour of posting? If no, then it’s not a good post.4.) I miss landlines. 5.) What’s everybody’s favorite line from the Drake and K Dot beef? Mine's gotta be that Kendrick one about Tommy Hilfiger and FUBU. (Great to have a real rap beef again. Kendrick is bodying.)6.) Just to make sure we’re all on the same page—May is the best month of the year, right?7.) Why are birds so loud in the morning? And what are they saying to each other? That's it for this week. Love it? Hate it? Is this post giving you Taylor circa 2007…vibes? Not me but so great if it is for you.Steal a few flowers from your neighbors this weekend, friends.

Okay, let's peel the onion here, folks! 🧅 Deciding whether you're on Team Product or Team Service is like picking your favorite ice cream flavor—there's no wrong answer, just what makes your heart sing (and your cash register ring!). If you're all about products, you're the Willy Wonka of the gadget world, creating those gotta-have-'em widgets that people line up for, sometimes literally. 😎 But if services are your jam, then you're crafting those oh-so-sweet experiences that stick with your customers longer than their favorite Snapchat filter. The key? Know your secret sauce and let it sizzle! Products are your chance to get those assembly lines dancing, while services let you flex those interpersonal skills that could charm the socks off a mannequin. Both paths are ripe with potential, so choose the one that makes your entrepreneurial spirit do the happy dance! 💃🕺#ServiceGoals 🌟 #Tricres, #TricesBusisnessCoaching #TricesLeadership #Produt #Service #Goals

It's National Random Acts of Kindness Day! This could be something as simple as holding the door open for someone! Leave an example in the comments from a random act of kindness you showed someone today or that someone showed you! We would love to hear. #automatedmarketinggroup#amgservices #marketingservices #customersuccess
